Starting from the raw-material transport, until the forming unit and the out-feed section, rollers are used in the building-board production. While the process is quite straight forward, special attention is given in regards of production efficiency. Depending on the Customer's requirement Ustegra is offering some cover-materials, ranging from the low-cost up to the high-end (and very high mechanical properties). For every choice of materials, of course the rollers will be processed using our high-tech machineries.
