Making new rollers complete with its core put a great demand on the core design and manufacturing. We are utilizing CNC lathes to produce roller cores/shafts efficicently with a very high repeatibility. Cores can be made from standard metal, and on special requirement (for example carbon-fiber cores): we can import the raw material directly from Germany and China.
Sleeves are now also trending, especially in Rotogravure printing machines (among-others). We work closely with our technical partner from UK to provide us premium base-sleeves to be covered by Ustegra. Those will conform to the tight international specification, which not only will it fit perfectly, but more importantly it won't burst when used with pressurized-air. The sleeves can be conical or parallel; and they can be made conductive or non-conductive.
